About Us
The association does advocate a strong national feeling, friendship and unity among the members and proposed to assist the ex-service and Police community, the veterans of the uniform services and Police, ex service and Police personnel and their families. Particular objectives of the association include:

Providing welfare support to the retired service and Police personnel, their families and the public.
Promoting understanding, peace and goodwill amongst mankind within Sri Lanka, Australia and internationally, including through exchange programs, awards, remembrance activities and other means May incl more details

Promoting excellence among the Sri Lanka ex-service and Police personnel, their families, Sri Lankan community within Australia and among Australian community.

Promoting excellence amongst serving personnel of the Australian Defence Force and other Defence Services;
The association is governed by a board of executive committee consisting of ten ex-members of the Services and Police. The President, two Vice Presidents, Secretary and the Treasurer encompass from the three service and Police (Army, Navy and Air Force and Police) and is elected by the committee. The president and the executive committee in consultation and liaison with committee conduct daily business of the organization via electronic means and meetings as appropriately.
